The basis for one of the most traditional of all European truffle flavours, Austrian rum is a liqueur with which most Americans are still unfamiliar. Our 60% dark chocolate ganache is a rich blend of Austrian rum, cream and butter coated with a 70% dark chocolate coating, evoking memories of the Old World holiday season.

The pairing of chocolate and raspberries is one of the most satisfying partnerships we can think of.  Our raspberry truffle is chocolate ganache comingled with liqueur de framboise and a puree of fresh raspberries, coated with 70% Jamieson’s chocolate and finished with dried organic raspberries.  For your next romantic dinner, have these and nothing else.

Our bourbon truffle is rich dark chocolate infused with the warm notes of Kentucky bourbon.  Like a good bourbon, this truffle has multiple layers of flavor that are complex and meant to be savored. It makes us Kentucky Proud, and shares little resemblance to a bourbon ball. When giving a taste of Kentucky, why not give a bourbon confection that is additive and preservative free?

Fresh Berry

Our made to order pastries are available in several varieties and sizes. Some of our customer favorites are:

Strawberry-Chocolate Tart - This tart is made with a buttery shortbread crust brushed with bittersweet chocolate (while still warm from the oven), then filled with strawberries in a wine glaze reduction and laced with bittersweet chocolate. Tart size is about 5 inches. Priced at $8.00.

Walnut-Chocolate Tart - This 11-inch tart featuring Marianne's buttery shortbread crust is filled with local honey, eggs and walnuts and topped with a dark chocolate ganache (70% Jamieson's chocolate). Bittersweet chocolate leaves make a beautiful finish. Priced at $30.00.

Carrot Cake - A light, moist, 10 inch, three-layer cake with honey and orange infused white chocolate and cream cheese icing. A beautiful presentation includes rosettes of icing and curled orange zest. Priced at $35.00.
